**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) On 05.07.2022, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to place on record a copy of the opinion given by the doctor in this regard.

Vide order dated 23.08.2022, last opportunity was granted to the petitioner to comply with requirement of placing on record the opinion of the doctor in respect of second procedure i.e. Angioplasty to be done.

Till date, the order has not been complied with. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition with better particulars.
