Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents not to transfer the son of petitioner, namely Gurpreet Singh alias Lahmber, who is presently confined in District Jail, Sangrur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has made a representation (Annexure P1), but the same remained unattended till now.
