(Oral) The precise grievance of petitioner is that despite the fact that F.I.R has been lodged against the accused persons on 27.11.2015, police is not presenting the challan till date. In this regard, petitioner has given a representation/application dated 18.10.2016 but no action has been taken till date.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to look into the complaint/application dated 18.10.2016 (P-2) of the petitioner, in accordance with law.
