Complainant is learned JMIC,Ropar who while deciding a civil suit has found that the present petitioner has committed the aforesaid offences as on a stamp paper purchased on 3.6.2013 an agreement to sell dated 11.5.2010 regarding sale of agriculture land belonging to Raghbir Singh was drafted/inked. There is also a receipt dated 20.6.2011 pursuant to said agreement.

At the time of hearing,learned counsel prays for permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
