Following order was passed by this Court on 16.08.2017:- "Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Kuljit Singh affirms that the petitioner has joined investigation. It is submitted that the petitioner undertakes to comply with order dated 23.02.2017 within one week. Pursuant to necessary steps being taken by learned counsel for the petitioner, let notice be issued to respondent No.2 for 06.11.2017. In case, necessary action is not taken for deposit of litigation expenses in terms of order dated 23.02.2017, interim order dated 23.02.2017 is liable to be vacated." As per the office report, litigation expenses have not been deposited by the petitioner, therefore notice could not be issued to respondent No.2. Today despite the matter having been called twice, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
