On 22.4.2026, the following order was passed: 'Apprehending his arrest in FIR No. 0335 dated 03.08.2025 registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of IPC/316(2), 318 and 61(2) of BNS at Police Station Bhiwanit City; the petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 482 of BNSS seeking pre-arrest bail. Inter relies upon the order dated 30.10.2025 passed in CRM-M-601262025 to argue that the petitioner is similarly placed as the petitioner in the said case, it is further contended that the present petitioner seeks the grant of anticipatory bail, and the earlier bail petition was withdrawn as complete antecedents were not placed on record, the petitioner is a lady aged about 42 years & the petitioner is willing to join the investigation and cooperate therein.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Priyanka Sadar, Senior DAG, Haryana appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Adjourned to 21.05.2026.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 28.04.2026 at 11:00 A.M. in concerned Police Station and join investigation. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing personal/surety bond(s) to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer. As and when further called by Investigating Officer, the petitioner shall join the investigation. He shall abide by the condition(s) enumerated under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.'

CRM-M No.22191 of 2026 -2respondent no.2. However, none has caused appearance on behalf of the said respondent.

Learned State counsel (on instructions) submits that pursuant to the order dated 22.4.2026, the petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, the instant petition is allowed. Interim order dated 22.4.2026, passed by this Court is made absolute, subject to the conditions as enumerated under Section 482(2) of BNSS. 4.

This order should not be treated as "blanket" order. It will not be read granting petitioner indefinite protection from arrest. It shall be confined to the FIR mentioned ibid and will not operate in respect of any other incident that involves commission of an offence. 5.

Liberty is reserved in favour of State/complainant to move for cancellation/recall of this order in case the petitioner violates any condition stipulated under Section 482(2) of BNSS or upon showing any other sufficient cause.
