This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.41 dated 11.02.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station Nangal Chaudhary. The petitioner apprehended his arrest at the hands of Police. Since the matter has been compromised between the parties and the FIR in question has been quashed by this Court vide order of even date passed in CRM-M-38876-2019, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.

Disposed off as such.
