(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.181 dated 13.07.2018, under Sections 379 and 427 IPC, Police Station Division No.8, Jalandhar (P-2) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (P-3). Pursuant to order dated 29.11.2018 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 24.01.2019 for recording their statements. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.56 dated 25.01.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Jalandhar, vide letter bearing No.259G.JRK dated 25.01.2019.

According to the report, ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, SONIKA 2019.03.18 18:27 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh Jalandhar is satisfied that parties have entered into compromise with their

CRM-M-52079 of 2018 --2-- free consent and without any pressure, coercion, undue influence and inducement from any quarter. No accused has been declared proclaimed offender.

In compliance of order dated 29.01.2019, receipts regarding deposit of costs of `15,000/- have also been produced in Court today. The same are taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place. Considering the report of ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar dated 25.01.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.181 dated 13.07.2018 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners only.

Disposed of accordingly.
