Counsel for the peƟƟoner submits that as per his instrucƟons received from the wife of the peƟƟoner, body of the peƟƟoner specially limbs are drying up. Given the discharge of the peƟƟoner, he wants to withdraw the present peƟƟon with liberty to file fresh peƟƟon aŌer annexing the latest medical record. 3.
