***** M.M.S.BEDI, J.(Oral) The petitioner has been in custody with effect from 25.08.2014 in a murder case based upon the circumstantial evidence. As per the case of the prosecution registered at the instance of Rajender Singh, his brother Krishan Singh had been abducted in an Innova car by the petitioner and others. Besides evidence of recovery of Innova car, there is statement of Ram Niwas-PW available on the record under Section 161 Cr.P.C. to the effect that deceased was last seen with the petitioner.
Avoiding any expression of opinion on merits and appreciation of evidence at this stage by entering into the niceties of the trial I deem it appropriate to dispose of this application with a direction that trial court shall made earnest endeavour to conclude the trial within SUNIL DEVI 2016.03.18 16:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M-986-2016 -2a period of six months from the next date of hearing. In case the prosecution is not able to produce the entire evidence and the trial court is not able to conclude the trial within six months after next date of hearing the petitioner will be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial court after expiring of six months from next date of hearing.
