This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 14.01.2025 passed in CWP-14528-2020. 2.

Learned State counsel has submitted that speaking order dated 16.05.2025 has since been passed, copy whereof has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner as well as to the Court, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed off. Rule discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
