**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 211 dated 2.12.2015, registered under Sections 376, 328, 384, 506, 120-B IPC, Police Station Sadar Patiala, District Patiala.
Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 21.3.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel submits that Sukhchain Singh had been arrested but no recovery was effected from him. The petitioner has already joined the investigation.
