(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that though she had worked on the post of Superintendent Grade-II from 07.12.2010 till she retired on 31.01.2018 after availing one year extension in service, but the benefit of ACP after rendering four years service on the said post was not extended to her.

Counsel for the petitioner states that for the relief which has been sought in the present writ petition, petitioner has submitted a representation dated 19.02.2019 (Annexure P-7) with the respondents, which is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to the respondents to decide the said representation.
