Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking directions to respondents No.2 & 3 for protecting the lives and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondent No.4, who is acting in connivance with respondents No.5 to 7.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that FIR No. 120 dated 17.09.2018 was registered under Sections 308 & 506 IPC at Police Station Division No. 2, Pathankot and petitioners are not accused in the said FIR, but still the respondents are unnecessarily harassing and disturbing their lives. Petitioners have made representation dated 12.11.2018 (Annexure P3), but no action has been taken.
