**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.942 dated 20.08.2021 under Section 135 of Electricity Act registered at Police Station Anti Power Theft Jalandhar District Jalandhar.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to take all such pleas before the trial Court at appropriate stage.

Allowed as prayed for.
