ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) The present revision petition pertains to the year 2019. On 06.12.2019 none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Even on 13.12.2019, none had put in appearance, however, the case was adjourned on written request circulated on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner. Thereafter, yet again the matter was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner on 03.02.2020. On 13.05.2022 none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the matter being called twice. Registry was directed to inform the counsel for the petitioner of the date fixed. As per the office note, counsel was duly informed. However, today despite the matter being called twice, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
