(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.256 dated 15.12.2021 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC at Police Station Bhawanigarh, District Sangrur. On instructions from ASI Kulwinder Singh, learned State counsel submits that in pursuance of order dated 22.06.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation.

In view of above, order dated 22.06.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Disposed of accordingly.
