(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for setting aside order dated 25.10.2018 (Annexure P-2) of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Panchkula, in Appeal No. CRA249/2018 titled as 'Parmeshwar Polutries Vs. State of Haryana and another, filed against the judgment dated 06.09.2018 (Annexure P-1) of the trial Court, vide which petitioner was directed to deposit 20% of the cheque amount i.e. `5,60,000/- by way of demand draft in the name of Court.
Despite the case having been called twice, the petitioner has gone un-represented.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for want of prosecution and having been rendered infructuous, as well.
