For an alleged recovery of 5 kgs. of poppy husk being noncommercial in quantity the petitioner was released on bail. It was stated that due to his solitary absence on account of noting of wrong date on 24.2.2016 before the learned trial court his bail bonds have been cancelled and NBWs of arrest have been issued. At the time of hearing,learned counsel submits that pursuant to the said order petitioner has surrendered before the trial court within stipulated time and was released on interim bail. The said factual position is not disputed by the learned State counsel.

In view of the above, interim bail granted by the trial court pursuant to the order dated 21.3.2016 passed by this court, is made absolute.
