Earlier CRM-M No.28267 of 2020 was filed for the same relief i.e quashing of FIR No.0073 dated 18.05.2020 on the basis of compromise. The said petition was dismissed by the High Court vide order dated 14.01.2020, after noticing the observations made by the Hon'ble Apex Court in State of Madhaya Pradesh Vs. Laxmi Naraya and others 2019(5) SCC

688. Petitioner has again approached this Court after filing challan by the prosecution. Concededly charges have not been framed so far.
