NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J. (Oral):

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Sahib Singh of Police Station, Khalra, District Tarn Taran, submits that investigation of the case is near completion and the chargesheet (report under Section 173, Cr.P.C.) shall be presented before learned Area Judicial Magistrate, within one month of passing of the present order.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has instructions to withdraw the present petition at this stage.
