Crl. Revn. No. 1759 of 2015, Crl. Revn. No. 239, 1422 & 2587 of 2016 question of law and facts are involved in these petitions. Learned counsel for the parties at the very outset submits that the matter stands compromised between the parties before this Court with the assistance of Mediator Mahesh Dheer. The compromise deed dated 29.03.2017 is taken on record as Annexure A-1. In view of the above factual position, no further orders are required to be passed in the petitions and the parties are bound by the terms of the compromise.

The petitions stand disposed of.
