***** SUDHIR MITTAL, J. (ORAL) Short reply dated 23.05.2023 has been filed in Court on behalf of the State of Haryana. The same is taken on record. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Based thereupon, learned State counsel submits that the marriage of the petitioner is in fact fixed for 26.05.2023. 3.

Thus, the petition is partly allowed. It is directed that the petitioner be released on interim bail for a period of seven days on furnishing bail and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate. The bonds will be commensurate with the amount of money mentioned in the FIR.
