Mr. Varinder Basa, Advocate for the petitioners. HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Vide order dated 02.08.2021, petitioner No.2 had undertaken to prepare FDR for an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in the name of petitioner No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.2 has made a Fixed Deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- in the name of petitioner No.1 with Indian Overseas Bank, Batala vide receipt No.0134942 dated 17.09.2021 circulated on the mail.

In view thereof, present petition stands disposed of. However, it is made clear that the said FDR will not be encashed by petitioner No.1 for a period of two years from today. A copy of this order be communicated to the Manager of Indian Overseas Bank, Batala for information.
