Regular bail granted to the petitioner has been cancelled due to the solitary absence on 7.12.2015 in a proceeding for dishonouring of cheque of Rs.2 lacs.

Vide order dated 21.3.2016 while issuing notice of motion, petitioner, on surrendering before the trial court within 10 days, was directed to be released on interim bail.
