**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 242, dated 10.06.2018, under Sections 21, 61, 85 of the NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Civil Line, Kaithal.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 08th October, 2020 (Annexure P-7), of this Court, passed in CRMM-22360-2020, the petitioner has surrendered before trial Court on 17.08.2020 and moved an application for regular bail, which was dismissed by the trial Court vide order dated 19.08.2020 (Annexure P-8). Thereafter, through instant petition, petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in the subjected cited case. This Court vide order dated 08th October, 2020, granted the interim bail to the petitioner, till the next date of hearing i.e. 21.12.2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 08th October, 2020, passed by this Court, the petitioner has been released on interim bail and thereafter, he has been continuously appearing before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing.
