NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the impugned result (Annexure P5) dated 11.06.2020, whereby the petitioner who has earlier been declared qualified as per the result (Annexure P-4) dated 22.02.2020, has been shown to be in waiting list in the Hearing Handicapped Category and for quashing the order dated 11.06.2020, whereby 1 post from Hearing Handicapped Category has been decreased that too after the issuance of the final result dated 22.02.2020. Further a writ of mandamus has been sought for directing the respondents to declare the detail marks obtained by each candidate, without which it cannot be ascertained as to who has scored more marks as per the schedule of selection.

CWP No.13120 of 2020 (O&M) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner for the last two consecutive dates of hearing. Even earlier also, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 04.08.2022, 10.10.2022, 08.02.2023 and even today also, the position is the same. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the present petition. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
