As per para No.5 (page No.6) of the status report, co-accused Hardik is not a party to the present petition and thus, all the necessary parties are not impleaded in the present petition. He is also not party to the compromise dated 15.04.2025, therefore, the present petition is not maintainable being partial.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition by impleading all the necessary parties.
