SUMEET GOEL , J (ORAL) The substantive prayers made in the prayer clause of the instant petition reads thus:

"For quashing of Report dated 21.02.2025 filed U/s 193 of BNSS, 2023 on the basis of DDR No.25 of 26.12.2024, in FIR No.156 dated 29.09.2024 was registered U/s 115(2), 126(2), 351(2), 3(5) BNS PS Mukerian, Distt Hoshiarpur (Annexures P-14) being a sheet of defective investigation as the actual factual incident has been ignored and false story has been made up to help the respondents No.4 to 10.

II. Further In alternate the official respondent's no.1 to 3 be order to conduct the fair investigation, by constituting a committee of Senior Officials after obtaining the due permission from the trial court in view of facts and circumstances of the case.

Further to decide the representation dated 01.04.2025 given by the petitioners to the official respondent No.2 (Annexure P.15). III. Further to decide the representation dated 01.04.2025 given by the petitioners to the official respondent No.2 (Annexure P.15).

IV. Further to conduct the inquire against the official MANOJ KUMAR 2025.07.05 05:33 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order respondent No.11, As he hand and glove with the private

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition in hand with liberty to take all the available pleas during the stage of the trial.
