******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in Complaint Case no. 26 dated 16.07.2016 titled 'Charanjit Kaur vs. Devinder Singh and others', for offences punishable under Sections 3 (1) (x) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Heard.

Petitioners have surrendered before the trial Court and have been allowed interim bail under order dated 23.02.2017. Keeping in view the fact that conclusion of trial in complaint case will take considerably long time but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 23.02.2017 is made absolute during pendency of proceedings in complaint case, subject to the condition that petitioners will keep on appearing before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing.
