**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the official respondents to conduct fair investigation and take action against the accused persons for committing offences under Sections 148/149/323/452/313/316/506/269/270/188 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Ramesh Kumar Ambavta, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the occurrence in question took place on 19.4.2020, in which the petitioner along with three other persons received injuries. He further submits that in the said occurrence, Arshida wife of Arshad (injured), also received injuries and suffered a miscarriage. It is further submitted that regarding the said occurrence, a complaint/representation dated 25.6.2020 (Annexure P-1) was made GURPREET SINGH 2020.09.01 16:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chadigarh but no action has been taken on the accused persons so far and the petitioner

and his family members have been receiving constant threats from private respondents. He further states that he would be satisfied if the representation dated 25.6.2020 (Annexure P-1) is decided by respondent No. 4 within a stipulated period.

Keeping in view the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to Superintendent of Police, Nuh-respondent No. 4 to look into the complaint/representation (Annexure P-1), moved by Arshad and decide the same within one month after receiving the copy of the order, in accordance with law.
