MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to take action as per law on the representation filed by petitioner bearing No.1974-DCP dated 19.04.2023 and 2192-DCP dated 01.05.2023 against respondents No.4 and 5 and to register an FIR. 2.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Mohit Kapoor, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the State.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, has informed the Court that an FIR already stands registered against the private respondents i.e. FIR No.73 dated 19.05.2023 at Police Station Navi Baradari, Jalandhar.

In view of the instructions received by the learned State counsel, counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition. 6.

Dismissed as not pressed.
