RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a direction to respondent No.3 to take action on the complaint dated 08.07.2021, Anenxure P-7, requesting the change of the Investigating Officer in FIR No.338, dated 07.06.2021, Annexure P2, registered at Police Station Samalkha, District Panipat, under Sections 34, 376, 506, 511 IPC.

On asking of Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would be satisfied if his complaint/representation, dated 08.07.2021, Annexure P-7, is decided.
