In the present petition, the claim of the petitioners is for the grant of benefit of regularization of their services under the policy dated 01.10.2003, copy of which has been appended as Annexure P-1. 2.

The question of law raised in the present petition has already been decided by this Court by passing order in CWP No. 2158-2020 - 'Ashish Sharma and others v. State of Haryana and others', alongwith other connected cases, decided on 13.03.2024. 3.

On the other hand, learned State counsel has also no objection in case, the present petition is disposed of in the same terms and conditions passed in Ashish Sharma and others' s case (supra). 4.

Keeping in view the above, the present petition stands disposed of in the same terms and conditions passed in Ashish Sharma' s case (Supra).
