SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.239 dated 22.09.2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365/302/201 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short, "IPC") at Police Station Narwana, District Jind. Learned State counsel submits that challan was presented on 23.12.2017 and charge has not been framed so far. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Request allowed. Dismissed as withdrawn.
