Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 50 dated 07.09.2018, registered under Section(s) 307, 452, 324, 323, 506, 336, 148 & 149 IPC (Sections 325 & 326 IPC were added lateron) at Police Station City Ahmedgarh, District Sangrur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has since joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, he be released on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Sukhbir Singh, Assistant Sub Inspector, affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation. Criminal Misc. No. M-52259 of 2018 Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations levelled against the petitioner in the FIR, the present petition is accepted. In the event of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on pre-arrest bail to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. The petitioner will join the investigation as and when called for and shall also abide by the conditions as specified under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
