Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been transferred in violation of transfer policy. He also contends that the petitioner has submitted a complaint online on SUGAM Portal vide Ticket No.5019105-CDBAU but no action has been taken and the status on the portal indicates that it is still pending. He further contends that the petition may be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the complaint of the petitioner before the next transfer drive.

Issue notice to the respondents.

At the asking of the Court. Mr. Tapan Kumar Yadav, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the complaint of the petitioner in accordance with the transfer policy before the next transfer drive.
