Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., petitionerJagdeep Singh @ Jagga, has prayed for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 41 dated 26.03.2018 registered under Sections 307, 452, 427 and 148 read with Section 149 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act at Police Station Fatehgarh Churian, District Gurdaspur. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised in between the parties and separate petition for quashing of impugned FIR, would be filed very shortly.
