Gupta, Advocate for the respondents. ***** JASPAL SINGH, J By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to step up the pay of the petitioner at par with his junior and further to release all consequential benefits. 2.
During the pendency of instant petition, vide order/letter dated 27/28.11.2013 (Annexure P-13), case of the petitioner regarding stepping up of of the pay at par with his juniors has been considered and decided. Instant petition has rendered infructuous and stands disposed of accordingly 3.
However, if the petitioner is aggrieved of aforesaid order/letter dated 27/28.11.2013 (Annexure P-13) whereby stepping up of his pay has been decided, he shall be at liberty to challenge the said order by way of filing a fresh petition.
