(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.2- Financial Commissioner, Punjab to decide the revision petition (ROR-83-2019) in a time bound manner. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that the aforesaid revision petition (ROR-83-2019) is now pending for 23.05.2025, for service upon the respondents.
