**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioners through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. are seeking directions to official respondents for fair investigation in the complaint dated 10.05.2023 filed by them. Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia contends that the petitioners have lodged a complaint against respondents No.5 to 8 on account of demand of dowry from their daughter. Ms.Guramrit Kaur, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court on advance notice, submits that the jurisdictional authority would look into complaint dated 10.05.2023 and take appropriate steps. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, this Court is sanguine of the fact that the jurisdictional authority would investigate the matter in a fair, unbiased and independent manner and proceed in accordance with law.
