By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.2-5 to carry out fair and impartial investigation in FIR No. 432 dated 13.10.2022 registered under Sections 447, 379, 506 and 120-B IPC at P.S. City Faridkot, District Faridkot.

Upon advance notice, Mr. Tarun Aggarwal, Sr. D.A.G. Punjab on instructions from Inspector Vikas Bhatia, Crime Zone, Patiala submits that investigation in the afore-mentioned FIR is going on and the same is likely to be concluded within a period of 8 weeks from today and a final report shall be presented before the Illaqa Magistrate within two weeks thereafter. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, present petition is disposed of with a direction to AIG, Crime Zone, Patiala to conclude the investigation and to present the final report before the Illaqa Magistrate within a period of 10 weeks from today.
