This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 21.10.2024 passed in CWP-28386-2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners' states that a speaking order has since been passed and, hence, he does not wish to press the present petition. He, however, seeks liberty to challenge the said speaking order in accordance with law.

Dismissed as not pressed with the liberty aforesaid.
