In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioners is that keeping in view the enhance percentage of reserved post in the favour of physically handicapped from 3% to 4%, the respondents are under an obligation to re-frame the roster and grant the said benefit to the petitioners according to reservation calculated on 4 % reservation . 2.
Learned counsel for the respondents-State submits that keeping in view the reply filed by respondents, the claim of the petitioner is under consideration and after the completion of the roster, appropriate speaking order will be passed and in case, keeping in view the enhanced percentage of reservation from 3 % to 4 % in favour of the persons with disability, the said benefit will be given to them.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the stand of the respondents is same since the filing of the present petition in the year 2022 hence, the petitioners will be satisfied at this stage, in case, the directions be issued to the respondents to re-frame the roster with 4 % reservation in favour of physically handicapped employees and thereafter, decide the claim of the petitioners in a time bound manner.

Let the respondents be directed to re-frame the roster and in the cadre in which the petitioner are working on the basis of 4 % reservation in favour of the persons with disability within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and in case, the petitioners are found eligible for the said benefits claimed under the reservation of 4% in favour of persons with disability, the same will be extended to the petitioner within the further period of two months.

The present petition stands disposed of in above terms. 6.
Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
