The present petition has been filed for directing the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to issue gradation certificate to the petitioner for having participated in Haryana State Karate Championship-2013, Annexure P-9, for which a representation was submitted on 10.06.2022, Annexure P-10, however, the same has yet not evoked any response. In the written statement, the plea taken is of certificate not matching with the information gathered by the department.

To this, learned counsel submits that he has the proper information available with him of petitioner having participated in the Full Kumite Event, wherein he secured 3rd position and got 27 marks in the zone of consideration as on account of revision of the result, a candidate securing 9 marks had been appointed as also posts are still vacant. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that liberty be granted to him to file a fresh representation clarifying the ambiguities reflected in the written statement filed by respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 through Joint Director, Department of Sports & Youth Affairs Haryana, Panchkula, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made, if filed in a week, would be considered and decided in 3 weeks thereafter.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner is held entitled, relief be granted forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon. 5.
