This petition has been filed under Section 407 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for transfer of various cases from Karnal to courts of competent jurisdiction of some other District. The cases sought to be transferred are:-
(1) Criminal Case No.19307 of 2013 arising out of FIR No.558 dated 17.07.2013 under Section 406/498A/506 IPC registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Karnal pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Karnal.
(2) Criminal Complaint No.24 of 2015 under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 titled as Aman Kumari v. Akhil Goyat pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Karnal.
(3) Petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. titled as Aman Kumari v. Akhil Goyat Omkar Singh 2017.02.28 11:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

(4) Complaint under Section 340 read with Section 195 Cr.P.C. titled as Akhil Goyat v. Aman Kumari bearing No.58 of 2016 pending before the learned Judge, Family Court, Karnal.
The Registry of this Court raised a specific objection questioning the maintainability of one petition for transfer of four cases. Learned counsel for the petitioner without meeting the said objection requested the petition to be listed for hearing as it is.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file proper and appropriate petition/petitions. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. ( LISA GILL ) February 23 , 2017.
