Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., prayer is made for issuance of directions upon the official respondents No.2 and 3 to: (i) conduct a fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.256 dated 15.04.2023, under Sections 148/149/307/323/341/506 of the IPC, registered at P.S. City Narnaul, District Mahendergarh; (ii) monitor the investigation in FIR (supra); (iii) take action on the representation (Annexures P-15 and P-16) of the petitioner. 2.

At the very outset, the learned State counsel, on instructions imparted to him by ASI Naresh Kumar, submits that investigation in the FIR (supra) has already been completed and the Final Report has also been prepared, which is likely to be soon presented before the learned Illaqa Magistrate concerned.

In view of the submissions made hereinabove by the learned State counsel, this Court does not deem it appropriate to, at this stage, DEVINDER YADAV 2024.01.10 09:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

However, as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioners, liberty is granted to the petitioners to raise their grievance(s) before the learned trial Court concerned, through recoursing the apt statutory remedy. Moreover, in case, the petitioners approach the learned trial Court concerned, through canvassing their grievance in an appropriately instituted application, the latter shall make an appropriate decision upon the same, within the prescribed parameters of law.
