SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No. 4 to 9, parents and relatives of petitioner No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 22.02.2017 (Annexure P-5) made by the petitioners. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1-Parul Rani is 01.06.1998 as per copy of aadhar card (Annexure P-1) and that of petitioner No.2-Vinod Pal is 01.01.1993 as per copy of aadhar card (Annexure P-2). They got married on 21.02.2017. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-4.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and without expressing any opinion on the validity of marriage of petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to Deepak Kumar 2017.02.23 17:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
