(ORAL) This is a second petition filed by the petitioners seeking the concession of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in case FIR No.39 dated 17.02.2020 under Sections 406, 420, 120-B and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Nissing, District Karnal. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from S.I. Niranjan, at the outset, has informed the Court that FIR No.39 dated 17.02.2020 has been cancelled, which in turn has also been approved by the superior officer concerned.

In view of the instructions received by the learned State counsel, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners does not press the instant petition as it has been rendered infructuous in the aforementioned facts and circumstances.

Dismissed as not pressed.
