Present petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 19.03.2026 (Annexure P-5) as also to finalize the list of eligible people for providing plots under the Mukhya Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, states that the petitioners would be satisfied if the direction is given to respondent No.2 to decide the legal notice dated 19.03.2026 (Annexure P-5) in a time-bound manner.

Mr. Saurabh Mago, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and states that the legal notice would be decided expeditiously.

In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to take a decision on the legal notice dated 19.03.2026 (Annexure P-5) within a period of four weeks from today.
